Woking
Welcome to the Woking project pages of everydayswim.org, my name is Michelle Catley and I am the Everyday Swim Coordinator for Woking.
The ASA is working with Woking Borough Council on this project who are match funding the Sport England investment in the area.
The Woking project is focussing on working in partnership across pool providers locally to maximise access to water time for local residents. The project also seeks to increase participation rates at the main ‘Pool in the Park’ facility.
Woking’s Pool in the Park will be holding a “Try Something New” day on February 24th.
Self-conscious swimmers will be able to cover up as part of a new initiative at Woking's Pool in the Park.
The main attraction of Woking’s Pool in the Park is its exciting Lagoon Pool which has waves, slides and rapids.
